I wasn’t planning on going out to shoot today but after peeking outside the cloud cover didn’t seem to be as bad as what was forecasted, until later in the day. I had some last minute Christmas shopping to do so I decided to grab my gear. I called up fellow photographer BMcBride to see if he wanted to tag along and he did. Lighting was tough today to say the least, lots of soft focus for me. The eagles were very far away and quite skittish. There was one Kestrel that didn’t want to leave a particular area so we had some fun snapping pics of him. I’m still amazed how beautiful they are.
